James is an Elite AIQ Level 4 Personal Trainer and boxing coach with over 15 years experience. Typical sessions can include dynamic stretching, boxing padwork, parrying, weight training and circuit training. Circuits can include kettlebells, core and lower back exercises, agility ladder, skipping and body weight drills for training like no other. James will create and adapt sessions specifically to your requirements, allowing you to push your body to its limits in a safe and controlled manner for you to see amazing results of your mind and body!

What is weight training? Weight training, also known as resistance or strength training, involves using resistance to improve muscle strength, endurance, and size. James has expert knowledge in this field and will create a programme specifically tailored to your desired outcome.

This is a club for like minded people to train either one2one or as a group. Not one specific location but wherever we desire. We could hire a personal training studio for a group boxing session, go for a run in Hyde Park or train one2one at your home. This is a 'Club' in the sense of a group of people that love training in the Kensington area.
