Elite Level 4 AIQ Personal Trainer & Boxing Coach | 15+ Years Experience.
James's journey in sport began with a scholarship to one of the UK's most prestigious sporting schools before progressing to university-level football. His passion for performance and athletic development later led him to competitive amateur boxing, where he trained and competed for one of London's most renowned boxing clubs.
Combining decades of sporting experience with over 15 years of professional coaching, James has developed a distinctive training methodology that integrates elite-level personal training with authentic boxing instruction. His approach focuses on building strength, improving body composition, enhancing performance and developing lasting physical confidence.
Working exclusively with a select number of clients, James delivers highly personalised coaching tailored to individual goals, lifestyles and training experience, helping busy professionals achieve exceptional results in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
WEIGHTTRAINING
What is weight training? Weight training, also known as resistance or strength training, involves using resistance to improve muscle strength, endurance, and size. This can include free weights (like dumbbells and barbells), machines, resistance bands, or even body weight exercises. James has expert knowledge in this field and will create a programme specifically tailored to your desired outcome.

THE CLUB
This is a club for like minded people to train either one2one or as a group. Not one specific location but wherever we desire. We could hire a personal training studio for a group boxing session, go for a run in Hyde Park or train one2one at your home. This is a 'Club' in the sense of a group of people that love training in the Kensington area.
